Cold Weather & Cold Water Paddling - Many of our members are extending their paddling season into the winter months (especially this year with the un-seasonable weather!). It is a good time to refresh yourself about the nature of cold weather and cold water paddling, especially the "gag reflex" when the bare head is instantly submerged in icy water. Peninsula Paddlers have an extensive library of maps and trail guides. Most have been purchased by the club, some have been donated. Any club member wishing to borrow them may do so by contacting John Wolfenberg

Many are base maps which can be used to make masters or enlargements of specific areas.
